Called because I locked my keys in the car. North Pole Taxi jammed screw drivers and used a wrench. They bent my door and chipped my paint! Never got my door open.

Greatland Taxi and Tours Service came to the rescue and Steve unlocked my car carefully, professionally and remarkably fast! I would use and recommend this company again.

Been using these guys for awhile now and they are always on time. No complaints. Great service. Will use again

Being able to pre arrange all our ground transportation was a bonus. Greatland Taxi and Tours Service was prompt and accurate for all our trips. It was nice knowing we could count on them. They have big suburbans and vans in which we packed all our gear in. Highly recommended.

Steve, Greatland Taxi Service, is prompt, (even early) helps with bags, professional, an excellent driver and his van is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend his service. We will not use a different company as he has set the bar too high (and he has a cute dog!).

I had shoulder surgery in December, and have had transportation supplied by Greatland Taxi since then.. They are punctual, professional, courteous, and diligent in providing excellent customer service. I would recommend Steve and Greatland Taxi to anyone.

Horrible service. My great grandmother had reserved a handicapped van in advance for the holidays while getting a confirmation from the company about using it. When the time came for my grandmother to use the van, no one showed up and many calls toward the taxi service were left unanswered with no voicemail set up. This put a roadblock in our holiday get together. They are incredibly unprofessional and I advise not to use their service.

Today at around 10 o'clock I called Greatland taxi to unlock my vehicle. I was advised they didn't have thier lock out kit but would get it and I advise them I wasn't in a big hurry. At 11:09 they sent me a text that they were headed to get the lock out kit. At 11:19 they sent a text they would be over within the hour. At 12:11 I saw their van drive by and contacted them by text. No response. At 12:33 I sent another text advising that it was getting busy and asked where they coming.. No response. At 12:40 I advise them "Thanks I got it covered". I will no longer refer any customer to Greatland Taxi. I called King Cab.They said they would be over promptly. They arrived within 10 minutes unlocked my vehicle for $30 and were very courteous. They were $10 more but they showed up. Keep in mind I am Roy and I own Call Roy Taxi. I have for a while referred all my customers needing lockout service to Greatland taxi and any customer I was unable to serve likewise. I will no longer refer any customer to Greatland

Excellent service! Cheapest lock-out service to North Pole. We called every cab company on the web. Super fast getting the my door unlocked. So much cheaper than a lock-smith. Thank you so much!!

Can't say enough! I reserved 3 months prior and to my doubts. They called us upon our landing at the Fairbanks airport to let us know he was outside waiting. The reservations online are the best! 5 stars!!!!! ������������
