We got stuck in a snowbank within hours of arriving in Alaska. We had just driven 11 straight days across the US and Canada and we’re frustrated and tired. He arrived within 20 minutes and had us out and on our way within 10 minutes. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I locked myself out of my car on Eielson afb and called a North pole locksmith to help because I had limited time before I had a meeting on post, well after calling a second time and finding out the driver was in Fairbanks, and not getting an estimated wait time I was frustrated if I would have known that I wouldn't have agreed. After a bit an mp decided to get a lock out kit. I being considerate called s&s back to tell them I didn't need their services, I was told I'd be charged a fee, after not hearing what the fee was and asking repeatedly the man got defensive and said it's theft of services. It's like what services?? He was rude plainly. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I didn't get a service to be charged and was gracious enough to call back. The guy is plainly ignorant and rude.

My truck broke down last winter. I called S&S by chance. I couldn't believe the service I got. Was picked up, brought home in no time!
