New owners. They are amazing!

I wish I could just give a zero star rating because that’s pretty much what they deserve. I was sitting in there and the older lady in there while polishing my nails the whole time all of them were yapping to each other in their language being extremely rude.. she cut my finger deep and I flinched and then all the sudden you can tell they were talking about me. The paint job was absolutely embarrassing. I came back in the next day because I broke a nail and they were all extremely rude. I will never go back and only reason I went back is to color match my nail. These people are more interested in taking to each other than customer service. Absolute pathetic never been so mistreated in my life at a salon..

Time to find a new nail spa after a terrible job of painting my toenails went back to have them fixed and was charged and upon leaving the boss said don't go and kick someone...I'm sure she blamed it on me to her boss instead of admitting it was her fault. I have not been happy with the last few times after been going there for 3 years...Time to move on !

Be careful in choosing who does your nails at this salon. I had a bad experience. The manicure was extremely painful and the nail tech was not gentle at all. She used tools on my nails that should not be used on natural nails. She also used her fingernail to wipe off excess polish instead of a brush. Very unsanitary. As a result, my thumb nail is bleeding and all of them are very brittle and splitting. Good luck.

We just moved to North Port a couple months ago. I've gone to several different nail salons and this place has been the best by far. The people are friendly and they do a good job. I'm happy with them.

Came in to get my nails done French tip asked for short and thin as possible what did I get totally not what I asked for! I asked the lady few times to retry, all I got was her chatting away (I am sure about me), she just wasn't getting it so another person had to step in and try it again. Finally after 2hours of sitting there I gave up and left unsatisfied!
