This company broke our granite while unloading on premise and deceitfully patched it and then installed the defective piece. They never intended to disclose the fact but I easily found the repaires mess when I cleaned. Their promises to have it repaired within a two week time frame so our renters could move into their lovely newly remodeled home were never kept. They finally installed a new section but splintered a brand new cabinet in the process of ripping out granite that never should have been installed They refused to compensate us even a meager amount for the cabinet, the multiple extra trips to the house, an entire day of reinstalling our plumbing and recleaning the house or for the two weeks of rental income we lost. My advice..shop anywhere but Artistic Edge Granite.

Beatriz F. failed to mention that the way the light came into the kitchen and when we went the extra mile to replaced their top we got the same results as the first top we installed. If you looked straight down on the tops you saw nothing. You had to stand back and the light hitting to top made it appear there was a streak. No defect just the way it refracted light.

company does not stand behind its product. Twice we were delivered a defective "ABSOLUTE WHITE" QUARTZFORM countertop. Initially, the defect appeared to be a "stain" that ran nearly the entire length of the countertop. We were told that this was a natural occurrence in the stone. They tried to correct the defect by buffing, to no avail. After several visits, the company agreed to replace the first countertop after were informed that the "defect" was due to a "bad lot." The second countertop arrived with another defect. They again tried to buff and polish the defect out, but it was only made worse. When we complained that the defect was still plainly visible, the owner became antagonistic and left in anger. We then were in contact with the QUARTZFORM area representative who came to our home to inspect the countertop. He dismissed our complaints and is refusing to make us happy customers. We are stuck with a defective product.
