I went to see Teri in an attempt to save some money over my former CPA. We agreed to a price and when she finally finished 2 MONTHS LATER I received the bill AND she up-charged me $300 citing "extra booking time!" She then lied and told me that we agreed to an "estimated $650." LIES! My proof is that when I paid her 1/2 up front, I wrote "1/2 taxes" on the memo line of the check. She accepted it and she cashed it. I emailed her about the upcharge and tried calling her. She ignored me for over a week and then emailed me this: "I have not returned your phone calls because there is nothing to discuss regarding this issue." ARE YOU SERIOUS??? She then said this after I again left messages for her to call me to talk about the bill.... "I am not going to call you because it is very simple, once the return is paid in full, it will be filed." This whole thing has been the worst experience with a CPA in my life! Avoid at all costs as Terri is conniving and a liar.
