Customer service is the best. I live in North Port and loved the ease of going to their North Port office. I was a bit concerned when they closed and I had to go to Port Charlotte. Nothing to worry about. The friendly service was still there, the displays were larger with more glasses to choose from. The prices are great, but I will return because of the customer service. You can't beat someone going out of their way at 5 p.m. to take care of two pairs of glasses for you. One of which you couldn't leave because you needed them to drive. Great place, great people.

We came in from Texas and went to the beach. I was wading at Nokomis Beach with my three-year old, not thinking we would have any big waves. WRONG!



So a wave washes off my glasses. Bummer! What am I to do since we leave in two days and it's Christmas DAY?



Jamey is good enough to let me know that he can get my glasses done (single vision, nearsighted) in an hour. Unfortunately, the optometrist is not in, so I go to another place and get the prescription. He tells me as long as they fax it by 2, he can have them for me by 3. Doc faxes the prescription at 2:12 and Jamey has the glasses done well, done right, and done by 2:50. He still took the time to adjust and make sure I got everything I needed.



Try this place. It is well worth it!

The team is so professional and friendly. They have a HUGE selection of frames and always go above and beyond. I drive down every year from virginia to visit family but always make sure to stop in and get my glasses and exam here!

Excellent selection and service. Jamey Karr has been my optician for 8+ years. I would not consider going anywhere else.

They had a great selection and priced very reasonable.
