Poorly managed, extremely dissatisfied with what was supposed to be family night out. Fro-yo did not taste right and topping were left out to long. When my husband asked to get something different, he barely ate the fro-yo he had. The staff replied that they don't give refunds. We didn't even want our money back, just wanted a different fro-yo. Manager wouldn't even come out of office to address this issue. But could hear her yelling at staff members.
