I've been going to this office for three years. I recently had an issue with the front desk billing representative, she had billed my insurance company wrong and had to re-submit to the insurance company. She told me personally, that she would get a hold of my insurance company and then she will contact me letting me know what I owed in the remaining balance. She did not contact me and instead submitted to a collection company who is now harassing me. Knowing that the payment would be guaranteed if she would have spoken to me directly as discussed. I went to the office and spoke to the representative and she didn't have time and I am basically a number! The doctor refuses to speak with me regarding my experience and this matter, very unprofessional. He is fully aware that they made a mistake and the collection company is ruining my credit. Would not recommend they have no regard for their customers just interested in their finances.
