I went in just to get info for my mom who lives in a different part of florida. I knew that it was a bad idea when I first walked in because I and everybody else could hear the manager talking RUDELY and Down to a customer on the phone! I've never heard anyone being spoken to like that! Anyway the problem I had was I just wanted to know what is needed to get a loan on a car in my mother's name. She states my mom needs to be there to get a loan. I said well I just want the info so my mother doesn't waste a trip. (It's a three hour drive) she gave me info but kept contradicting herself. I ask myself Now why would I want my mother to deal with their attitude and misinformation! So I walked out and took my moms business elsewhere. This company is Not the only company in the world. Keep that in mind future customers!
