Excellent grooming and customer service skills. I am sorry that I received a letter today 3/28/13 stating that they were cancelling our appointments starting on 3-25-13 until further notice due to unexpected major medical issues. I do not know if I was the only one dropped as I am a snowbird and only use them 3 to 4 times per season. I guess I am on a quest for a new Mobile Groomer. I wish the best for Jim and Holly Sartori, Thank you for great services for my Yorkshire Terrier " Keno"

Great customer service. My dogs are meticulously groomed and seem to really enjoy their bath time with the groomers. Not to mention, the mobile grooming van is always clean.
