If you are looking for a great mix between a home daycare and a commercial daycare, you have found the spot! It is small, comfortable, and everybody that works there knows my name, my husband's name, and my son (his personality, his likes, dislikes, etc.). My son has been at Robin's Nest since September of 2013. Unfortunately, we are moving out of town and have to leave this wonderful daycare. How did we know it was the right place for our 9 month old son? He climbed directly into Renee (the owner's) arms the minute he met her. That didn't happen anywhere else we went! He felt right at home from the start. For those of you that are breastfeeding mamas, Robin's Nest is VERY supportive of this as well and follows all of the correct protocol with paced feedings and care of the stored milk. It made for an extremely easy transition from home to daycare. They are warm, caring, and educationally focused. They also promote nutritional foods that are kid oriented and tasty! We are so thankful for Robin's Nest and really upset we have to leave them. We don't think we will ever find a place as amazing as this one.

When we originally looked at Robin's Nest for our 3 month old daughter I was hesitant. I had always intended to get a nanny but was convinced that an outside daycare may be more appropriate for our child. Upon meeting Robin and Renee I was immediately at ease. Their commitment and love for the children at the facility were more than apparent. My daughter has been with Robin since she was three months old and she is now three years old! The daycare resides on the lower level of Robin's house. I really liked this as I felt like Robin was bringing the children into her home and family. Further, her and Renee provide healthy home cooked food for the children for breakfast, lunch, and snack. Robin's backyard compares to nothing else out there. Mostly shaded, she has tons of playground equipment and open field space for running around. My daughter especially loves the neighbor's horse who often comes for a visit in the warmer weather. My daughter is always excited to go to Robin's house and she clearly learns a lot while she is there. At a very early age she knew her numbers, colors, and shapes. I fully believe Robin and her staff are responsible for this. I would highly recommend Robin's Nest for any family who is looking at daycare. Your child will be well- cared for and loved, guaranteed!

I take my goddaughter here. She is a boisterous, spirited 2 year old and she is happy as a clam. She enjoys the outdoor space, gets alot of reading time. She comes home talking about all of her best friends at the daycare. It seems like they have a great group of kids that attend. The facility is very clean and the staff are very attentive to her. The staff have been employed at Robin's Nest for a long time so its great it feels like such a family there. The location is very convenient to my work and I really feel like I would not take her anywhere else!

Robin's Nest daycare is a beautiful environment for children. Robin and her daughter Renee run this family business. They are caring, yet professional and incorporate learning in with play in children's daily activities. Renee is a foodie so tries to make the children's lunches healthy and interesting. The daycare is newly refurbished in peaceful, soft colors and has a wonderful backyard play area that children love to play in. The nursery has photos taken that are posted to the dailyconnect website so parents can see what their children are doing. There are generations of families who return to Robin's Nest as friends.

Highly recommend!

My boys were at Robins Nest part time when they were young and we loved it. Always got excellent care. The staff is knowledgable and caring and became a part of our extended family.

I am a single mom and first grade teacher of two special needs boys. Robin and her staff have welcomed my boys with open arms. My youngest, who is nonverbal, is given the TLC he needs and loves being there. The staff have been more than accommodating which I can not be more thankful and appreciative. The other children have been accepting of my son, which is a reflection of the expectations at Robin's Nest. While watching from a distance, it really says it all when I saw him doing his "happy dance" while playing with the other kids. I feel very lucky that Robin and her staff have been so willing and excited to take care of my little man.

I my oldest has been at Robin's Nest since he was 4 months old and he just turned 5 years. We also have our second here who is 20 months. Both of my children have had strong personalities since they were infants and I have nothing but good things to say about the place. The staff has been excellent and both my children are always very happy to go off and play when we drop them off in the morning. My oldest didn't always want to quit playing when it was time to go home. He is very well adjusted socially, likes to be helpful, and loves the outside play area. Now he is learning lots of new things and looking forward to kindergarten in the fall.
