Nothing but great experience with this biological practice!

Today I was able to see Dr. Castillo, due to coronavirus, there is not a lot of dental offices open. I was very luck she took care of my tooth ache. She was very nice, took a while to bring me in due to all the protocol with the virus, she gave me ozone water to rinse and had lots protecting gear. I am happy am out of pain now. I look forward to seeing Dr. Castillo for my amalgam safe removal consultation. Thank you to the lady in the front for being so nice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Castillo for few years. The entire office team is nice and always aware of how your visit goes. I have been treated for mercury removal. I was diagnosed with some possible mercury toxicity. I have all my fillings removed by Dr. Castillo, she gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I am very pleased with the service I receive at this office and always look forward to my visit.

I was referred to Dr. Castillo by my physician due to mercury concerns and symptoms. I have metal fillings in my mouth since I was 12. Once I arrived to the office they were very nice to me and all steps for amalgam safe removal were explained. Dr. Castillo is very skilled, all my questions were answered. The front desk ladies were very helpful with my insurance information. I am happy I found a practice where my concerns are taken as a priority.

I am very impressed with how friendly and warmth Dr. Castillo and her team are. I came to the office and Liza and the one more lady, gave me a smile as soon as I walked in. Tara gave me a tour of the office, very clean and smell nice. Dr. Castillo took time to listen to my concerns and tooth photos of my mouth. I never had a dentist do a cancer screening on me before. I went to see Dr. Castillo for amalgam safe removal. I thought I had mercury toxicity, so I went for a consultation. As soon as I walk in, the front desk lady was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Castillo even took my blood pressure, I never had that taken in a dental office, she is very knowledgeable about mercury. She seems very honest and explained all my question about the procedure of amalgam safe removal without any rush. She gave me options as holistic treatment for my oral health. I felt very good about how clean the office was. It did not smell like a dental office. I look forward to have my amalgam fillings remove the safe way. I thought I was going to need sedation, now I think I will be fine.
