If it is possible to give them negative stars, I would give them a million negative stars. Before you sign the lease, you get all sorts of promises and politeness but after you sign the lease and move in, you are treated like a pos. During the warmer months, they do not maintain the grounds properly; grass is overgrown, dumpsters are full, smelly and teaming with flies and there is all sorts of rubbish and debris everywhere. Their properties are old so stuff beaks ! They take forever to fix anything and only life threatening stuff is fixed. Forget about little things like cracked windows, broken mail boxes, blocked air conditioner slots etc. I was reminded that these are not priorities for the maintenance man so I should just report and wait. If I did not like it, I was free to leave according to the lease terms. If you are considering one of their apartments, keep looking ! I have never seen a company that treats its tenants so disrespectfully.
