the doc is good but his office staff are rude and not caring . i had to return my glasses as the frame was hurting and wanted another type of frame. that was in march. i am still waiting for them and its mid august i am not looking forward to dealing with them when i pick up and will not return. i paid close to $700.00 and am very unsatisfied with the service. i got differant stories from the doc and the office as to what caused the delay. Shame on them!!!

I went there with an 11:30 appt. I was seen at 12:08. Dr was nice, through exam, office was not clean. There were flies or fruit flies flying around. Did not see any cleaning of hands or equipment. Front staff was rude and persistent in offering and doing things that I did not want done. I was not taking care of with picking out glasses. They also did not provide information on the types of glasses and my plan. It's a good thing I knew my plan well. I had a wonderful dr before but moved, and picked this one b/c it was close to our new home. Not going to go there again, and not looking forward to picking up glasses or dealing with my contacts with them.
