If you want to guarantee your traveling ticket DON"T buy from Liza's Travel in Everett, MA. She took my money and DIDN'T pay the airline. I had to buy another ticket and now I've an attorney trying to get my money back. This has happened with two more people that I know.

I Have been using Rita for 25 Years. She is the best travel agent. She is attentive and very courteous.She always follows up with a phone call to make sure everything is perfect.

Good company, can't say that it's bad or excellent just normal travel company. 4.

First of all, don't even pay attention to the hours stated on their website or on the door at their office. They don't work those hours. They seemingly don't work any regular hours. Secondly and most importantly, THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH! I gave them all of my information and travel needs and was told that they'd get back to me in a week with information. THIS WAS FIVE WEEKS AGO! No phone calls, no emails or anything else. No contact in five weeks. Needless to say, another travel agency has my business now. Traveling is one of those activities where you really need and count on someone who is going to be there for you. Do you really want to trust your travel experiences to a place like this?
