I called and scheduled an appointment yesterday to have my dryer fixed today between 3:00-4:30. The man who took my appointment didn't give me his name. When I called to confirm the appointment (after 4:30) the lady who answered the phone took my husbands number and said she would call back. When she didn't call him back, I called her again and she said they had no record of my appointment. I said they needed to get someone out there because it wasn't my fault their employee who scheduled the appointment made a mistake and my husband took off time to wait for their repairman, and she said they didn't have anyone who could come out (even though their website guarantees 100% satisfaction and 24/7 service) then she asked me, "well what do you want me to do about it?!" I told her she needed to fix the problem since it was their error. I asked for the owners name to file a complaint, she said she would handle it since she was his WIFE and then I advised her I would be filing complaints against their company online and asked for her name, then she hung up on me. No one picked up the phone when I called back to get her name. Completely unprofessional, and a horrible way to run a business. NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! I support mom and pop shops, but usually they are run with integrity. NOT THIS ONE!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

would never use again!walked in my house&shock my washer&wrote down the model#that i gave the day before on the phone&then told me it would be$64.00&would call in a hour with the price"IT START OUT AS A "FREE SERCICE CALL"& then a bid of$340.00 "LOL"HAD FIXED FOR $55.00 PART WAS ONLY $15.00

AWFUL Customer Service! Extremely OVERPRICED. Charged me $178.00 to change a heating element for my dryer. After 3 loads of smelling fire & heat, I looked behind to see hose in back NOT attached! Told it must have come off when pushing drying back against wall."Accidents Happen" I was told. Said they would return "Tomorrow". It was only 4:00pm. For $178.00, I had my husband pull out dryer to re-attach hose with my spring clamp. Called them 2x, but no one ever addressed my issue. Sorry, Sorry Customer Service! Poor workmanship!
