I discovered this incredible team 7 years ago while shopping for my Tahoe and have never gone anywhere else since that time. The GM, Patrick Morrison, and his team treat us like family and make the car buying and service visits something to look forward to.

Don't know the difference between the payoff for a 2012 Ford MUSTANG and a 2012 Ford F-150 = the end of a new car purchase after having it for THREE weeks....THEN wanting you to come up with 3600 bucks to compensate for THEIR incompetence, Mustang back in my hands and they can shove there Equinox you know where....AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST

ADVIDORS HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY DONT CALL YOU BACK , 2 HR OIL CHANGES, SAME CARS COME BACK TO SERVICE CUZ CARS NOT FIXED RIGHT.. THEY HAVE THE CASHIERS IS THE LOBBY AND HAVE NO CLUE WHAT GOING ON IN THE SERVICE DRIVE, EVEN THEY CALL THE SERVICE ADVISORS AND CANT GET THEM ON THE PHONE TO GET A UPDATE ON CUSTOMERS CARS..... THIS CORPARATION HAS NOW IDEA HOW TO RUN A DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT.......WORST WORSTWORST PLACE EVER...

Provided by YP.comI bought a new trailblazer from bankston.Ive already had to take it in more than seven times.The service manager has to go hes horible.The service dept is the defintion of slow.I never thoght buying a brand new trailblazer would give me so many problems.If you go to bankston and you get screwed dont say no one tried to warn you.

I will NEVER use Bankston for service ever again! They subbed out my repair to Nichols collision center. It took over 2 weeks to replace a door lock and ignition switch, after 2 weeks had gone by the collision center then noticed a dent in the door also causing my truck to be needed for a 3rd week.
I finally got it back and it had rough idling problems so I returned the vehicle for follow up service.( I guess they don't quality check vehicles before releasing them to the customer) They had the truck Tuesday at noon until Friday and NEVER looked at the truck during those four days. Whenever I wanted to get any info regarding the status of my repairs I had to call them to get it. This was an insurance claim and they wanted to point fingers of blame at the Insurance Company. I had to take my truck in a 3rd time (this time they were paying for my rental car) and amazingly they turned it around in 1 day since it would now cost them to just sit on it. Just to recap.... I will NEVER go to Bankston Chevrolet in North Richland Hills EVER AGAIN for service or to buy a vehicle.

Provided by YP.comI must say I find the previous post hard to believe. I've purchased several cars from a few of the Bankston stores in the last few years. They always provide me with a carfax and if they didn't, they're on their website. I typically find that being in sales myself, you get what you give.

Provided by YP.comI went to Bankston Chevrolet in North Richland Hills, Texas. They helped me pick out my first vehicle, they sold me a 99' VW Jetta within a matter of days I found paperwork in the glove compartment, stating it had frame damage .. not disclosed when I bought it. They told me they would "tear-up" the contract and help me get in something else..
They sold me a 05' Toyota Corolla S, (with manufacteror warranty) clear car fax & title
Come to find out this car had been in a total loss accident, the warranty was voided, car had not been properly fixed!
SHOULD HAVE HAD SALVAGED TITLE
In 08 I was in a car wreck, caused because the car was not repaired correctly and hospitalized..
Since then I have talked to family and friends and Bankston has been selling used cars and not disclosing it..

Provided by YP.comThe service manager does not know what he is doing or how to repair the crap I bought. They do not stand behind the warranty of their cars and have said to go to another dealership, maybe they can fix it. Apparently, they also need new, qualified mechanics that know how to work on Chevrolets. I will never buy another Chevrolet!!
