Provided by YP.comI was driving through the intersection of ne loop 820, and highway 26 in North Richland Hills. The closest geographical location i can give you is waffle house at 7661 Boulevard 26, N Richland Hills, TX. there are usually 4 lanes on this road. the far left is marked on the road as a left turn lane. the adjacent lane is a straight and left turn lane. Its been that way since they started the project 3 1/2 years ago. I turned left, ON MY WAY TO WORK, in the adjacent lane to the left only lane along with 4 other vehicles. 2 motorcycle policemen pulled me and 4 other cars over it to the old office depot parking lot. We were all presented with a ticket in a construction zone for not following a traffic control device. Apparently there was a sign somewhere that stated to only go straight in a lane that is marked as a left and straight. After receiving the ticket from officer black of the North Richland Hills police department i asked who the group doing the work was, and they said bluebonnet contractors. I then backtracked to the intersection to see where this sign was. Believe it or not i couldn't find it. I even got out of my car too look for it. Finally after scowering in the sun for it i found it laying on the ground face up towards the sky. I then shouted to the police officers (who continued to pull people over) that the sign was laying on the ground face up! They then responded with "you need to contract the contractors about that!" so I did. Guess what? No one at this office was available at 4:00. Apparently according to the woman on the she was the supervisor. I then told her what had happened and she said to talk to a guy named Kyle. I said yah let me talk to him. she then stated he was in a meeting. so i asked her if there was anyone I charge of anything that I could speak to and they were all in meetings! 5 of them to be exact! obviously she didn't want her company to make the road safe for the citizens of NRH, or the company is working with the police department racking up money for the city... this company is way behind of the project says the mayor in the newspaper. I also know that they are the messiest road crew I’ve ever seen, there is rebar, wood, nails and all kinds of trash laying on the side of 820 heading towards 121! in fact i see cars pull over with flat tires ALL THE TIME! they don't care about the community they are supposedly trying to better, they only care about the big check they are getting from the city, and they know the longer they take, the more money they’re going to get!

Provided by YPmobileThis company has been contracted for the construction on the 820 East to 820 South merger near Northeast Mall. My car has been damaged 3 times due to potholes on 820 and their Safety Coordinator, Rick Faletti, has done nothing to correct the road damage or reimburse me for the damage to my car. It took them more than 3 weeks to respond to my first claim which of course they denied. I had my rim fixed and then hit another pothole in that same area of construction. This time I had to have it replaced. Then on my way to work this morning I hit yet another pothole which caused a big bend in my rim and a leaking tire. Their "Safety Coordinator" has been of no help whatsoever and his advice was to contact TXDOT. Thanks for nothing Rick.

Provided by YP.comthis company is very shady. My wife ran over some steel rebar in a construction zone that they are handling the work on. i came in contact with Kyle Freeman in their safety department to file the claim for the damage that my wife's car recieved from the rebar. He requested that I email him with the specifics of what occured and any photos of the damage to the vehicle. I did as he requested and included photos in my email. Two weeks past by and i never heard from Mr. Freeman. I would email him again with no response. Finally last week i called him to check the status of my claim and he stated that he needed to check an email on it and that he would call me back. He never did so when i called him back this morning he stated that he needed to check with someone and that I should call him back in the morning. He then sent me an email and stated that he would not be able to pay a claim as they are unable to ascertain who the steel rebar in the construction site belonged to. So after a month and a half he used the excuse of, "hundreds of trucks drive through that construction site on a daily basis how are you sure it is our rebar". I get that and I understand that it is a valid point but to make someone wait over a month to tell them that is completely unprofessional. I'm not very happy with this company's practices.
