This company is FANTASTIC. I had been searching for days to get someone to repair my adjustable bed. I live in Ga. but called anyway. The gentleman was so helpful. He asked that I text him a picture of my remote and he called me back with the toll free number of my adjustable bed manufacturer. I called them and my bed was still under warranty. He didn't have to go the extra mile to help me as I can't be a customer, however imagine what kind of GREAT customer service he would give you. I don't know what I would do without his help
