My Install for carpet, granite counters, and tile backsplash was in January of 2015. Danielle has been excellent in answering calls and delivering the install when it was expected. However, when they installed my tile backsplash they removed a larger portion of Sheetrock than necessary on both sides of my kitchen. Now there is an uneven line of Sheetrock with GAPS AND HOLES in my kitchen walls. I've spent the last several months attempting to contact someone (within their company) who could fix the issue. This has resulted in countless phone calls to "It's Your Floor", only ever speaking with floor sales reps. Honestly any decent Sheetrock repair man or tile guy can fix this in about an hour. Then I'll still have to paint over their mistake because I'm sure they won't do that themselves. The owners have yet to contact me. Today is 9/3/15. This issue has gone on now for 7 months to which I've been told everything from "We'll take care of it", to "We'll call you back", and argued with everything in between. They do not stand by their word, and they do not finish the job they were paid to do. This company is either operating a scam, or just grossly negligent.

Great service and very helpful. There was a problem with the first tile we got and they corrected it without any hassels.

These Guys were great! I had a quote with-in 48 hrs. Work was started and completed an about a week later. Very clean and neat. Returned calls promptly. Made great suggestions (not pushy) they took 67 year old floors and made them look new! I'm still amazed at how well they turned out. If I could put the before and after pics on here I would. Couldn't have asked for a better turn out. I will definitely use them again.

It's Your Floor did a wonderful job installing hard wood floors in our home. They were very professional, curteous, and their work was exquisite. I would recommend It's Your Floor without hesitation and plan to hire them for all our handyman projects in the future.

I will never use this company again. Although the flooring is o.k., there was essentially no supervision or quality inspection. Make sure your furniture is protected if you have old tile to be removed; there was damage to 3 pieces of furniture during tile removal. Painting was also contracted through Its Your Floor this was atrocious; there was no prep work done and again lack of supervision. After a number of weeks we finally decided to not let these people back in our house (just because you have a spray gun does not make you a painter). Not only was the work to this point extremely poor, they got paint on 2 chairs, a couch, the fire screen, the front door, wallpaper, and stair rail.

Great service. Great pricing. they worked with me on my budget and got me just what I wanted. This was a few years ago, and my carpet is good as new. The installation was done on time and very professional job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality carpet and customer service.
