Great service. I was tired of dealing with the dealer for service, so when I spotted Loeffler's a while back I made a mental note to give them a try next time we needed service.

Going in I knew several things should be detected as needing service, but primarily I just wanted an oil change.

After Josef started on the car, he did indeed find the other things I knew needed attention... He also found a few other things (here we go I thought). But the approach Josef took was very refreshing. He told me which items I should prioritize as "right now", which items need attention soon, and which items need to be kept on the list for future service. There was no "hard sell" like I experienced at the dealer.

The car was ready when promised and it was sparkley clean. I knew the car was going to get a wash, but I was not expecting the wheels to be cleaned, the tires treated with Armour All and the interior cleaned too.

I will most certainly be back for the needed work, as well as my future car needs.

First experience here last week. Was told by BMW Dallas that I needed a new radiator- needless to say - I was weary of the findings by BMW Dallas so I took it to Loefflers for a second opinion. These guys are honest and ethical. They confirmed that my radiator is in mint condition. However, it was time to change the spark plugs (8) on my vehicle so I went ahead and had that completed. Cost $880 which is the same price the BMW service department quoted. No savings on the repair but these guys are close to home and HONEST! Looking forward to future business with them.

I took in my 09 Jaguar XF with a recurring brake issue the previous owner had. I got a quick, fair assessment and fantastic service which determined that the likely cause was previous brake service by non-Jag certified shops that weren't aware of some specific service requirements. Clearly worth it to go with someone who knows the cars they are working on. Final tally was $400 less than originally estimated as well.

So far, so good and if I need more work, I'll be heading back here without the slightest hesitation.

Took my jag in last week for oil change. Love these people. We will move all our service to them.

Great service and customer care. Took my kids Volvo in to be evaluated, and they did an oil change, then inventoried the needed repairs and we concluded that it is just too old to spend money on...which we already knew. I appreciate the level of care they gave the car, even wiping down inside and windows before returning it to me! If I owned a European car there would be no other place I would trust....believe the YELP reviews!

My son and I bought a 2001 BMW used and we took here on a few occasions. Joseph always provides good service, decent price and even a ride if need be. I would suggest this place to anyone as I trust him allot.
