New management company is STELLAR. They are the worst yet.

Poor customer service, office staff rude, maintenance poor. I've been waiting a little under a year for a new thermostat since mine doesnt work properly! Hot water doesnt last but few minutes if your lucky, air blows through my outlets, and windows even when closed causing electric bill to be very high! I'm never late on my rent, and today the 6th, I go to pay it right when they open. They tell me I'm 4 cents short, even though I paid what was on my invoice. They said I had to bring the money order for the 4 cents and they wouldnt take my other money orders. I told them I wouldnt be able to bring it until after 5, and I asked if there would be a late fee added onto it, they said no just bring the 4 cent difference. There was 5 women staff right there, they all agreed to that, and were discussing it. Well at 5 o'clock they are knocking on my door, before I can even answer it they walk into my apartment, I'm not even a day late! How rediculous, they woke up my sleeping infant and daughter, and the lady argued with me, she said I had to pay $60 more then what the office told me! I told her what they told me and that I made sure it wouldnt be considered late! she wouldnt listen! She was very rude and inconsiderate! They are nice when theyre trying to get you to sign the lease, but after that they screw you over. You can even store a BBQ grill on your patio! Hello it doesnt belong in the house! They were walking around putting notices out about toys and BBQ grills on patios and you'd get a minimum $25 fine for it. The same day they didnt turn on any outside lights, or porch lights which they control. So if you live up stairs, you couldnt see to walk down them! Making it seem like they were trying to come up with the money to pay their light bill! Dont move in here, they do not treat you right at all. the prices are good, but not worth the crap! And it was the management lady that was extra rude! If the management is rude what can you expect from the staff..***CHECK OUT WEST DALE HILLS INSTEAD***
