My car was left with a terrible film. I went through a second time and it still did not come off. I took it back the next day, filled out a damage report. I was told there were at least 3 other complaints and was told to come back at 1 to speak to a manager. At 1 I was told he was only the asst manager and would have to come back Tue to speak to the manager. So for the 3rd time I go up there and am told that since the film will come off with a hand wax and buff that they cannot do anything. Really? I have left a message with their corporate office and plan to file a report with the better business bureau tomorrow. I shouldn't have to spend $100 to fix their mistake. Beware!!

I just got back from a trip to the Gulf coast and needed to remove a lot of road grim. I spent $8 on the "Premium" wash. When I got through the wheels were still very dirty, the luggage rack still had lots of bug splatters, the running boards and rear bumper looked like they had not been touched, and around every door handle the dirt was just smeared.



I tried the vacuum and the collection bag was so full, there was no power. I came home and used my shop vac which did a much better job than their commercial vac.



I wasted my money on this wash. Next time I'll go back to Tony's or somewhere else that really cleans.

Love to the way you pull in and just put your money or card in and go thru the wash.....does an excellent job on the car and the vacuums are free.
