After three bad experiences with hairdresser Melissa Samniego, I won't be going back. Melissa has been doing my hair for almost two years and I do realize that sometimes things can go wrong, however If it gets messed up then it's all in how you handle fixing it. I was told the first time it could be bad color, and this last time her and another stylist wanted to know if I had a thyroid problem or metal in my system. Most ridiculous thing ever!!! After having Ulta fix it for the second time, I will not be returning. I contacted the salon owner who is very nice and apparently he talked with Melissa and she called to let me know she doesn't do refunds. So, I paid twice and somewhere over three hundred dollars on the second time. I would not recommend anyone have to go to this hairdresser due to the fact that she doesn't stand behind her work. She doesn't want to admit when something goes wrong unless you push the issue and then even when she tries to fix it, can't. SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE! 3 times i gave a chance and everytime disappointment.
