I went with my mother in-law for her dogs appointment, the vet told her he had given instructions on the first appointment to use​ a medicated shampoo on her dog. When asked where we could get said shampoo we were told we had to purchase it through them. He never informed us of the price of the shampoo and charged her $40 for a bottle of medicated shampoo. When we got in the car and looked at the receipt we saw the $40 charge for shampoo and went home and checked online and found we could purchase the shampoo on Amazon for $23.95 or on the manufacturer's website for $24.99. I called within an hour of leaving the vet's office to request a refund so we could purchase it at the lower price on Amazon and was told it has to be approved through the owner and they would call us back. Two and a half days later the owner finally called back (after a second message from us) and told us we could not purchase the shampoo online unless we were a vet, we couldn't return the shampoo because it wasn't sealed (it came unsealed, never opened the bottle) then told us if we purchased it on Amazon we would only save $0.50! I went into the office and tired to talk reasonably with them. My mother in-law is in her seventies and recently widowed, they are taking advantage of her! They should have informed her of the cost before charging her such an unreasonable amount! The lady in the office was nice but couldn't do anything for me without approval from the owner, I'm waiting on a return call from the owner! They should at least refund the difference of the cost she could have gotten it for!

Straight up awful. My cat was basically traumatized there after his neutering and I got to see it first hand when I went back in for a check up. I was told my cat was a stage 5 danger to myself and my family and I should consider putting him down. Maybe he was acting like that because the vet for the checkup threw him on the exam table and basically choked him to death trying to exam him then gave up after 1 minuet and left. I didn't pay 90$ for a 1 minuet checkup exam I had questions that were left unanswered, just extremely unprofessional do not recommend it for anyone seriously find another place.
