A local favorite of mine

I went to Burlington in North Riverside on Saturday March 10th to buy a spring coat and much to my disappointment, all of the spring coats we pilled togther and hung on a 4 perhaps 5 foot rack. I asked to speak to the manager and he sent a polite but very young man whose response was, "do you want to buy a coat and show me where the coats are hanging. The majority of the coats were full length and at least 3 inches of the coats were dragging on the dirty carpet. That is an insult to ask a paying customer to purchase dirty clothes.
