My name is Kelly and I have been going to Shear Elegance for about 5 years. I found Shear Elegance by looking on the Fox 8 Hot List and reading the reviews. I chose to go to Laura Rose and have been very happy. During a time when Laura was unavailable I have gone to other stylists and have always been extremely pleased. The prices are reasonable and the salon is very relaxing. They have a variety of services: nails, waxing, massage.. And cater to men & women. All the staff are friendly and all the clients seem satisfied. I would highly recommend Shear Elegance and think that whatever stylist fits your schedule you would be happy with. I have my hair highlighted and cut there on a regular basis.

Hello, My name is Lisa Steiger. I am one of the owners of Shear Elegance Salon. I would like to address the review given by tuzl at... written 8/6/2011.

I remember this day clearly. I would be extremely disappointed if anyone would have a bad experience in our salon, we pride ourselves in pampering our clients. I must say this young lady has over exaggerated the situation. Yes, that day we had a problem. The opener had a medical emergency & was in the hospital. Calls were put out & our doors were open only a "few mins." after 730 am. There were 2 stylists ready & a third called in to cover our stylist with the medical problem. He arrived within 15 mins. I personally spoke with the mother of the bride as well as another young lady several times. I did make calls and do whatever I could to make everyone happy. I refunded money as well making other offers. The mother of the bride thanked me and said she was satisfied. Once again I apologize for any inconvenience. I truly felt the issue had been resolved.

We have been in business just over 4 years now. We take care of many, many bridal parties. This is the first and only we have had issues with. You can find us on the Fox 8 Hot List. You will find many other reviews on their sight. Thank You

My stylist, Deena, does a fantastic job. Everyone at the salon is friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make you feel good about being there.
