The lady that works at the desk is very rude. I was there when a woman fell on wet interior stairs- she was immobilized in the middle of the steps in severe pain. the lady upstairs yelled at her, 'that is why you use the rails" and did not even bother to come look at waht happened. The lady on the steps was there with friends, they went and got her. I evesdropped over the whole thing until the person that was injured left- she was imobilized for an hour in the studio- 911 should have been called. The people at studio 82 NEVER CAME TO SEE HER OR TALK TO HER AT ALL. I am a registered nurse, I spoke to the injured woman. I offered to drive her home or call an ambulance. Her friends took care of her. The studio or their help pretended it did not happen and totally ignored it.
