Just bought a Rainey Home that is only 2 years old. The HVAC installer on the home was Angler's HVAC. One of the bedrooms in our basement does not have a heater vent. We were guaranteed by Rainey Homes that the vent would be installed. After the purchase we contacted a rep from Rainey and he gave us the contact info for Angler's HVAC. After numerous attempts to contact them, we finally spoke with an individual. My wife that made the phone call was poorly treated and rudely discarded. After many more attempts we got Agnler's to schedule a time to come out to the house. Considering how they have been dealing with this, I am not surprised that NO ONE SHOWED UP! After my wife made another attempt to contact this company, the secretary decided that ignorance is best and claimed that she had no recollection of the appointment or even speaking with my wife. Not sure how a mistake by the contractor (Rainey Homes) and subcontractor (Angler's HVAC) should be the fault of the home buyer. Very displeased with the unprofessional manner these two companies handle an error they made when building the home and the way we have been poorly treated when trying to get this resolved. Shame on Angler's HVAC!
