Provided by YP.comI wanted to write a review for this Child Care as I see not many people have written!
I LOVE THEM! I have been sending my daughter for 9 months now, she just turned 2. The staff is amazing - Monica and Sarah are my favorite people there. They have many policies, which I like but at the same time they are so flexible. They always work with my schedule. Every time she`s been sick I call them and they cancel the appointments at no charge, no issues at all. Once I running was late 30-40 min and forgot to call them--- they never over charged me.
THE MOST IMPORTANTLY: My girl is always happy when I pick her up. She knows them and likes them all. And everyday I go there I see teachers are playing with the kids, always draw something or sing songs or do different activities.
I`m just happy to have her there and do not worry for my child!
Thank you Bubby Bin.

Provided by YP.comJust wanted to share our recent experience using the Buddy Bin to care for our 11-month-old daughter. I have only gone twice, but on our second visit (Tuesday of this week, from 11-1:30 pm) when I picked her up they told me that my daughter had been "an escape artist." They cheerfully told me she had been swaddled and strapped into a swing, but still managed to struggle loose. It was right as I was picking her up, and at first I didn't say anything. However, after leaving, I checked her activity sheet, which claimed that she had napped from 12-1:15 pm. My daughter rarely naps for that long, and never at that time of day -- and I had told them she would not need a nap when I dropped her off. So I called back to ask why she had been swaddled in the first place. I was put on hold, and then someone got on the phone and said she hadn't been swaddled, she was just wrapped in a blanket for a nap. I reiterated that I had dropped her off saying she would not need a nap. She apologized, and said she had only been down for 5 minutes. I asked why her sheet said she'd been napping for an hour and 15 minutes. She then simply offered to refund me my money for the day, as if that solved the problem. I called my husband to tell him what had happened, and he called them back asking to see the videotape. He was told, per their policy, that it can only be reviewed with the Director, and that she was gone for the day. She was supposed to call him today. When she finally got in touch with him late this morning, he was told that their cameras have not been working for 6 weeks. Personally, we will never use them again -- I am sure that the first story, the fact that she had been swaddled and strapped down, is the true one, and I do not want my child to be treated that way. She was only in their care for 2 1/2 hours, and she likely spent half of that time in a situation she should not have been in -- however, their lack of film footage (or their refusal to show it to us) means that we will never know what actually happened.
