I recently had my storage unit broken into at Storage City. The lock had been cut off and a different one put on. Several items were missing and I filed a police report. They advertise "advanced security" but they certainly did not provide that. They refused to review the security cameras and gave me no explanation as to why, only saying that it was the decision of their corporate office. Then what am I paying for?? Boo to you, Storage City, and your lousy customer service and security.



Also, the items in the unit are completely covered in dust and dirt.



I do not recommend Storage City! I wish I had paid a little more to keep my stuff safe and clean!
