Tom told me how "ungrateful" I was for his services that I paid $400.00 for. See his email to me after I requested partial refund due to the poor service, late report and no pictures.

would you like me to send you an amended report - I can omit the numerous items which are not required for me to inspect by the N.H state stautes like wood stoves/ fireplaces, hot tubs and whirlpool bathes, and smoke detectors. there are more too!

most other inspectors will not include these

Not ungrateful, looking for what I was told I would receive per your website and phone conversation and what I paid $400.00 for.Will express your comment to others out there looking to hire a home inspector, BBB and the RE community. Do send us the photo's of ALL deficiences/repairs pointed out in the report as you promised.

Your website says you check fireplaces and you told me over the phone that you check fireplace so now it's a gift that you checked it? The three other inspectors I interviewed included my 2 fireplace(s) 1 wood burning and 1 propane, the jacuzzi and the sensor system in the room, smoke and the CO detectors.
