Came out right away when we were buying a foreclosure to test our septic with his own water when no one else could or would! Honest guy. Definitely would recommend his company!

I am a first time customer. I was not happy with the previous company I used in 2013. After much research and upon recommendation from trusted friends, I decided to give Charlie a call. While he was pumping the cesspool, I asked him about the condition of it and he was very honest in telling me that I didn't need to replace it just yet. He was helpful in giving me advice on when I should think about installing a new system. I will call on him again and will be recommending him to my friends.

Excellent service. Professional. Courteous. Responsive. Came to my house to pump within two hours of my call for service. Helped me understand how to keep my septic tank maintained more effectively over the long term. Highly recommended!

***FIVE STAR SERVICE*** I highly recommend Blue Line Septic. I had sewer water coming in my cellar, and I began to panic. I called Charles and they were at my house in 20 minutes. Luckily for me, the filter in my tank was clogged and it was an easy fix for him. He inspected the tank, showed me how to care for my system, and educated me on "tips" for preventative septic care. Called Charlie at blue line to come to my house in Coventry . paid him full price to clean my septic tank . came home from work and the tank was pumped down MAYBE 8 inches . no one was ever there in the meantime . called him to ask what the heck happened . I was told if he has to return then I have to pay all over again ! he came there with a full truck I guess and took what he could , 200 or 300 gallons max . total scam . never again .

I would highly recommend Blue Line Septic! We were having issues with our cesspool and Charlie was over our house in no time to bail us out! Not only was he friendly to my family, but he had also provided great advise for future use and other options for our cesspool that is starting to outgrow our expanding family. Even better we found his price to be very competitive compared to other companies.

Charlie was trustworthy and kind. He went to great lengths to make sure I understood septic before he inspected the system at my new home, and when the system failed inspection, he made sure I understood exactly what to ask the seller to fix.

Blue Line Septic is by far the most reasonably priced company of its kind in this area. I was having a problem which kept re-occuring (which no one could figure out for a couple of years) then Charlie came and inspected it and found that my filter was installed incorrectly. They fixed the problem and now my system is working great! They also inspect the filter and system annually to insure it is working properly. A++++ company that I highly recomment!
