I totally disagree with Erica L. Obviously she wasn't even a client of that firm. My experience was exactly the opposite. My case ended in my favor and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Horrible service! I would not recommend this service to anyone not even if it was free. The receptionist is extremely rude, I had an appointment set up with them. They called the day before to cancel it. I explain I have already been waiting I can't wait any longer to speak to someone they told me to contact a new attorney then hung up the phone. They also refuse to let me leave a message with the attorney that is handling my case. I gave it one star because I had to.
