We had some significant water damage to our floors after we discovered a leak under our mobile home. Scott from Great Brook Carpentry gave us a terrific and detailed estimate and worked with us and our insurance company to get the work done. He was terrific and professional and I would have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone else.

Scott is more than a carpenter - he is your partner until the job is complete. He helped get our Mom's house ready for sale. Another contractor we used only was there for the paycheck. Scott partners with you - until the job is complete. For us that was when the house was sold. He did a million odd jobs which included, but was NOT limited to: sheet-rock, mud, tape, repair, matching/repairing trim, fixing cellar windows, repairing cement, building lovely stone walls to match the 100 year old house's, etc. Scott is the best money value investment we made.

Great Brook redesigned my bathroom and kitchen. Both look great--top quality! They listened to what I wanted. They are dependable and their rates are reasonable. The work done in a timely manner. They also did sheetrock and I can not see the seams--the paint is perfect! WoW--well worth it.

I got several quotes for someone to remodel my home, and Scott offered me the best deal. You get what you pay for in this field and I've been burned before, but I had a good feeling about Scott and his pride in his work, so I went with him. He was clean, thourough, and timely. He did an excellent job and I will rehire him in the future for sure!
