I specialize in Life Coaching, Reiki, and Reflexology. I will individualize these programs to fit the clients goals and needs. * As a Life Coach, I will help my client define what success means to them and help them lay out a plan to achieve that success. This could be a new job, a transition to new career, a promotion, becoming healthier, or even just finding the balance they need in life. * As a Reiki Master/Teacher, I will help my client through the Reiki Session to reduce stress and promote the body’s natural healing process to help bring their health and wellness into balance. * As a Reflexologist, I will help my client by tailoring their treatment to their specific needs to promote better health and wellbeing. I am invested in my clients and strive to exceed their expectations. I care about them as individuals and truly want them to succeed and transform their life into one of Balance and Wellness.
