Last month my TBI brother spent 4 days in DeGraff. The staff was rude not just to my brother but to his family. They were uncaring they never changes or bathed him even after we requested it and took in clean clothes. He called 911 because of chest pain. they treated him for phemona when there was no infection or fever. After we pressured them, they did an ultra sound. They said it was to blurry and would not do another one. They put his walker where he couldn't reach it. So he was stuck sitting in a chair all day. Then they sent him home with no answers. Today we had to call 911 again with the same pain. This time we made sure he went to kenmore mercy hospital. In a matter of hours, after listening not just to my brother but us (his family) they were able to determine that he is having gall bladder attacks. Every member of the staff at kenmore mercy was wonderful they treated my brother and us with the respect we deserved And now my brother will get the care he needs. I would not trust anyone at DeGraff hospital to treat my dying dog. I can not believe the 100% difference is the overall care, respect and cleanliness of the two hospitals.
