Took my daughter there at night for a finger we thought was broken in 2014. They took our co-pay then proceed to tell us to go to excelsior. Then billed us for the balance. Due to my hsa account, I had them cancel the check as it took too long and pd by CC. Told them not to cash the check, they did. So now since 2014 they have been chasing me for $13 nsf fee that was there fault and a $30 late fee for the nsf.

Very frustrating, especially when they did not even see my daughter in the first place, took my co-pay and co-insurance for refferring me elsewhere.

Very poor service from the nurse.. She treated me like I was a bad father. I brought my daughter in for a very bad headache and fever that I could not get to go away. The female nurse practitioner was extremely rude and did NOTHING to help my daughter with her symptoms. The next morning I was able to get her in to see her normal pediatrician where they gave her antibiotics to treat a sinus infection. I'm giving 2 stars only because the front staff was polite and got me in immediately. But they seriously need a new nurse practitioner.

Called and came in right before close and everybody was super nice. Diagnosed in and out quick. Thanks!

There is nothing better than piece of mind after hours. Professional and courteous.
