Provided by YP.comWe operate a very busy Kitchen and Bath business in Niagara Falls and recently I have been shopping around for a 6' x 12' trailer to outfit and test to increase the efficiency of our installation teams. My goal was to have the trailer quickly so the installers could design and outfit the trailer's interior to their specific needs over the Christmas holidays. After visiting every local trailer company in the area and finding out that because of our custom interior height (7') and braking requirements the trailer had to be ordered. After visiting LOE (who has a large inventory of cargo trailers) on December 3 and explaining the reasons for needing a cargo trailer quickly, Andrea told me to give her a day or two so she could call her manufacturers. Andrea was the only person that said "let us see what we can do to make it happen". The other companies simply dismissed me and said it would take 6-8 weeks to custom order because of the Christmas break. On Friday (December 4) she called and told me that she had spoken to the owner of one of their manufacturers and they would get it done for us but I had to stop in first thing Monday (December 7) to make sure we get all the specs we need and it will go onto the production line on Wednesday (December 9) and the trailer will arrive well before Christmas. Thank you RC for helping LOE.
As the owner of a successful business that believes in "service, service, service" for our customers I can only say Andrea thank you very much and I can't wait to see the custom trailer when it arrives. You're awesome and you deserve a raise.

Provided by YP.comLOE Trailer Sales,
what a fantastic business to deal with! In today's competitive market you would think more businesses would be this helpful.
Here's my story.
While returning from like Simcoe in Ontario, Canada we encountered a problem with our trailer, apparently the lug nuts loosened and the wheel fell off the axle on the QEW at 8:00 pm., on a Sunday no less.... Cars and trucks were passing us on the shoulder at over 70 mph! We had no choice but to drag our snowmobile trailer approximately a quarter mile to get off the Thruway. Needless to say the hub assembly was completely destroyed from the friction. We were fortunate enough to find a business that would allow us to park our trailer in their parking lot overnight. We were pretty sure what parts we needed but, we were clueless as to the dimensions of the axle or the dimensions of the hub and bearings. We arrived at LOW Trailer Sales in N. Tonawanda, NY. Monday morning and explained our predicament to their sales woman. She was absolutely amazing!
(I apologize for not remembering her name) Without the registration in hand with the model number, the caring capacity of the trailer or the correct dimensions of the parts, she gave us a variety of parts in all different sizes and possible combinations so we could make the repair and told us returning the unused parts wouldn't be a problem. On our one and a half hour drive back to Canada, to be quite honest, with our luck... We weren't sure if we would have the right parts. Boy, were we ever wrong! Their knowledge of trailers the components and the assembly is outstanding! Do yourself a favor the next time you're looking for parts or purchasing a trailer. These guys know exactly what they're doing and they do it very well!
Thank you LOE Trailer Sales!
You now have two new customers for life.
Best regards,
