We purchased a trailer there, they charged us for a title even though the the trailer DID NOT REQUIRE a title. After five+ phone calls and 2+ months later.....still no refund. Just a ton of excuses why it hasn't been sent. Very unprofessional. LOE trailers just got two new customers, happy with LOE's customer service.
