I used this limousine service for my wife and I 30th wedding anniversary. Our driver, Peter, was very professional and timely. He picked us up in a black towncar that was beautiful and spotless. We truly enjoyed our special evening out - thanks to "The Limousine Service! I highly recommend this limo company and would certainly call them again.

We hired them for our daughters prom. There were about six couples riding together. After getting a shakedown from the driver for what he said was to be a mandatory 18-20% tip when we already had 15% in writing, we were also charged a new limo tax that was never mentioned in our original quote(also in writing). We had to come up with an extra 80 some dollars on the spot. This is with the kids all standing there in their gowns and tuxes. Not wanting to make a scene and ruin the prom we paid planning to call the company afterward. In doing so Steve gave us the brush off and even had the absurdity to say that said we could call the driver and try to get the money back ourselves. We paid in the neighborhood of $800 for their service and this is how we get treated.
