Emailed about getting a Mobil detail for two of my cars and never heard back. Had to search them on fb and get in touch. After setting up a date and time, the day came and they never showed. I had to reach out an hour later asking if they were coming, I heard back within the next hour saying they were having van troubles. This is fine in which things happen and they were very apologetic. We setup for the following weekend and same time. The day comes and they don’t show. I wait another hour to see if they are coming, I finally get a text back after two hours saying they were having van troubles again. At this point I was pissed because nobody reached out to me saying they were having troubles. For some reason, I gave it one more shot hoping they were going to show. We set a date for that Monday, I made arrangements to be picked up at home for work since they would need both of my cars. I checked my house cameras 10:30am to see how things were going since my appt was at 9:30am again, surprise, they never showed or texted me. I reached out and they said they had a covid case within their employees and wouldn’t be able to come. This was at 11pm. I said I was all set with their services and I would find someone else. They responded with, well we just found out 30 minutes ago. If you do the math, that puts them at 10:30am, an hour late to my detail and no communication what so ever- Do not waste your time with these people. Very unreliable!

Great experience gave us a great deal to come and detail my wife's car and my truck they look new again.
