I called at 730 to get a cab by 900. They said no problem and they may even get there early. The car was still 45 minutes late! I called the dispatcher twice and he just kept saying I was next on the list. Then in a very rude tone gave me some bs about him having only two cars running. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and just plain bad business! I should have walked to my destination! I will never use them again and I suggest you all to stay far away!! When the car finally pulled up I told him how upset I was that I waited so long and was late for work. He didn't utter a apology or explanation, just stayed silent and listened as i called and apologized profusely to my employer!
