As an avid skiier, runner and guy who manages to do all kinds of stuff to his body while working in the yard, I credit the deep tissue massages I've received at Muscles Unknotted for keeping me active. I like to refer to her as "The Muscle Whisperer."

Fris is more than a talented massage therapist and gives more than just a stellar massage - she really seems to have a mastery of how the muscles work with another and has adeptly helped me solve the numerous mysteries of why I experience pain in some areas. She even taught me some stretches to do at home to help prevent injury and muscle tightness.

She has a kind heart and truly wants to help relieve her patients of everyday pain and stress. I've referred family members and friends with sports related injuries, sciatica, back pain etc. to her and every single one has thanked me profusely after their massage. My sister-in-law still credits the Pregnancy Massages for getting through a rough pregnancy with my nephew.
