I can't speak highly enough of the way that Michael Masison runs his business. My son broke down near the autobody shop on his way to a job interview and the owner personally spent over an hour getting his car fixed, and didn't charge. I would suggest that anyone who needs autobody work bring their car to Masisons. You can feel confident that you have stellar, highly ethical, trustworthy people on the job there.

I can't believe how great my car looks. I had some damage to my car that the insurance company didn't pay for, and Mike said he would take care of it since the damage was on the same panels the insurance company paid to paint, he'ld fix it for free! They were very informative and responsive to my questions and concerns. They took the time to explain how things work and handle the insurance claim, so all I had to do is make the initial claim. I'll send everybody I know to them!

Mike M and Mike C went the extra mile to make sure my car was like brand new. They even make the whole insurance process effortless. After I made the claim with my insurance company, they took care of everything. My car was clean inside and out when I picked it up, which is more than I can say for the way I keep it. I went to the North Weymouth location. My father went to the Rt 123 Rockland location and he was just as happy them.
