I took my rainbow vacuum in for service. There was one customer ahead of me. The owner ask if I would mind for him to go over her new vacuum with her while I waited. She has purchased a Miele. I was so impressed with this vacuum, I told him later that I was not going to put another dime in the rainbow and wanted a Miele. People where I live think the rainbow is the greatest thing around. People, before you purchase, research. I googled Miele and everything he said was 100% correct. The biggest wake up was when he ask me if my house was less dusty than when i purchased my rainbow. I have had a rainbow in my house for over 25 years. The answer, "no". That should have been a red flag . I have been using the Miele for about 7 weeks now. My house is absolutely less dusty. Thank you Paul Pulaski for opening my eyes! I highly recommend House of Vacuums. You will receive honest, friendly service with no pressure.

I recently went to this vacuum shop because my vacuum had stopped working. I thought it was the switch but the gentlemen there looked at it and determined what the issue was. He was very knoweldgable and my vacuum runs as good as when it was new. I would recommend House of Vacuums to anyone who is having an issue with their vacuum.
