Love this place! My son is 9 and he is growing in confidence and skill. He's working on his 8th belt!

Two of my sons (ages 8 and 5) take Martial Arts classes at LifeSKILLZ and have been doing so since they were age 4. The boys love Karate and Parkour. They are learning great ethics and discipline, they are getting great exercise and gaining strength, and they have made great friends. Oh, and they are learning great techniques in order to defend themselves and those around them, too. Master Scott is a wonderful instructor, and he is also training up a great group of assistant instructors. I could not be more excited to have my sons be part of a program that is training them with the SKILLZ they need for Life!

Mr Matheny is an excellent and accomplished instructor. I highly recommend his classes for anyone interested in martial arts training.
