Mr.Mintz was great. My situation wasn’t usual for him however he did research explained everything to me and the judge ruled on my favor.

I needed an attorney about a year ago after being questioned by the police for a crime I did not commit. After calling and leaving messages for a dozen local defense attorneys, I only got one return call in the first 24 hours... It was David. He spent his lunch break with me on the phone, calmed my anxiety, and I met with him the following morning... I knew right away that I wanted him to be the person who represented me in this case ...



Long story short; charges were pressed, David was extremely attentive and handled the entire process. I was able to fully appreciate Attorney Mintz's skill and competence when he defended me in court against a false accusation. He prepared me for this trial considering every detail. His ability in questioning witnesses and his eloquence during arguments were clear reflection of his vast experience. Almost all objections to his questions from the other side were over-ruled, while his objections to the prosecutor's questions where consistently sustained.
