I normally do not submit ratings for businesses but I just had the most amazing experience and I needed to share! These guys are definitely not the typical car dealers! This was the first dealership I visited because of all of their community efforts and I'm so glad I did. The staff was all so friendly and kind, especially Doug! He made sure to get me the perfect car and at a better than perfect price! The entire experience wasn't at all stressful and they were very conscious of my needs, my time and my budget. I highly, highly recommend this dealership!!

I am writing because I am 100% THRILLED with my buying experience at Northampton Volkswagen! My husband and I went in expecting the same old car dealership modus operandi -- BOY WERE WE WRONG! We were greeted by a lovely young lady who was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely interested in matching our needs with the correct car. We test-drove, and she took extensive time with us to ensure we were going to be happy with our purchase. This was the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experience we have ever had. Now we see why the community raves about Carla Cosenzi, her philanthropic ideals and true concern for her customers is very refreshing.
