I wish I read all the reviews before I sent my car to their shop.

I had an engine overheating problem, left my car to the shop and took it back 3 days later. Next day after I got my car, engine overheating came back, so I called them, they ask me to bring it back and refuse to tow my car. I ended up taking it back on my own.

The 2nd day, they called me saying they found the problem and will cost another $1,800 to fix it. Really? After you charge me $650 for the " problem" you fixed? I told them they should be responsible for fixing it because it got worse after they worked on it and the problem was very obvious caused by the initial work they did ( I verified with another mechanic). Here is what they said to me: your car left our shop fine, it's not our responsibility 1 day later the same old problem came back. -- It takes a lot for a business to say nasty things like that.

I am going to tow my car to the dealer and fight with them to get my money back.
